Participants in the class can choose from a wide selection of popular recipes including marinated and grilled barbecued pork with mixed fruit salad, pomelo salad with prawns, green curry with chicken, massaman curry with beef, stir-fried chicken with cashew nuts, dumplings in coconut milk, and much more.
